connecting patients and their families with the resources they need

ComfortCare Connections places the PATIENT at the center! As she starts this new journey, we want to offer her a program that connects her with valuable resources available within our community. We guide her along that process, but moms and dads choose the classes that best suit their current needs. Upon completing their chosen program, moms and dads receive the material support they need for their growing family.

By connecting our patients and their significant others with a program designed
to help them physically, socially, emotionally and/or spiritually,
they are also provided with practical resources for their growing families:
Diapers & Wipes
Baby Clothes (up to 18 months)
Baby Blankets
Other Baby Essentials (as available)

To donate one or more of the above items toward the
ComfortCare Connections program,
please call our office at (540) 885-7448 and ask about our greatest need.
